- Monthly Solar Health Check – Every month, we’ll take a peek under the hood to make sure the solar is fully operational, and address any issues we discover.
- Prioritized Troubleshooting & Support – Subscribers to one of our Solar Service plans will get priority over other inbound customer service.
- Performance Guarantee – We want to ensure your system is performing with no errors. We will identify any issues within 30 days and begin working to get your system fully functional again. If we miss an alert/error and don’t identify it within 30 days we will pay for actual lost production for the time it took us to identify the issue.
